There is a limit to how cheaply a product can be brought to market.
The opener looses its grip when attempting to open lids from some jars. When it slipped off jar lid the opener struck my other hand with painful force. And some jars it will not work on at all. Going to return to AZ

I may be using this wrong because this just frustrates me. Caveat: I am 69. Grabbing a jar with the teeth and twisting the lid off is impossible. It slips off. I have tried it on the opposite side thinking it must be on the wrong side. No luck. I am thinking maybe elderly ladies need to search elsewhere for a reliable jar opener. I might give this away to a younger person

It is for the small jar openers.
This can opener works only for the small jar. I needed the can opener that opens big jars like four or five inches diameter.
