Works great, especially for white letters
Relatively inexpensive tire cleaner. I bought a car with raised white lettered tires. This product does a good job of cleaning tire sidewalls before you add tire dressing. I bought a gallon, but I wish it came with a 16oz spray bottle to use, then it could be refilled from the gallon jug.

I’ve been using this product for about 50 years
The original and best. Get a good brush and got at those tires. Apply, rinse and continue until the brown tire residue is no more. Back in the day, I had whitewalls and this was especially good on those.
