Ninja is my preferred brand when purchasing appliances. The brand has consistently proven reliable. The Ninja Pods & Grounds Specialty continues to fuel my love of Ninja products. It is primarily used as a coffee maker that is easy to use, fits under the cabinet space on the countertop, cleaning is easy, and most importantly, the coffee is delicious! The large water reservoir eliminates the need for daily refills (dependent upon how much beverage one makes in a day),and is easy to refill. Brew time is quick and the coffee is hot and delicious! I have had other brands of k-cup style brewers that did not last and were not build like the Ninja. Lastly, the colors choices available are a plus. The sage green is really pretty and matches my kitchen decor. Imho, this is the brand to purchase.

This coffee machine really surprised me in the best way. I didn’t expect it to be this amazing, but it truly is. It makes both drip coffee and pod coffee, and it even has a milk frother! I love that it gives you so many options from a classic brew to a rich, dark café-style cup.It’s incredibly easy to use. I’ve always trusted the Ninja brand, and this one lives up to the name. The parts feel durable and high-quality I can tell it’ll last me for years if I take care of it.What else can I say? I love it. I would recommend this machine over and over again, no hesitation. It adapts to whatever kind of coffee mood you’re in hot coffee, iced coffee, pods, or just your good old-fashioned drip brew in the morning.Even my daughter uses it it’s that intuitive. No need to read a ton of instructions; it just makes sense. I chose the beige color and it’s really beautiful. It brews fast, and the water reservoir in the back holds a good amount, so you’re not refilling it constantly.If you’re thinking about getting it, the answer is YES. I’ve seen other machines at similar prices, but nothing compares to having a reliable, high-quality brand like Ninja in your kitchen. Highly recommend!

Coffee is rich and tea is perfect, yes I tried it with tea bags too. Just not with coffee pods. It passed the leak test, at first it continued to leak after beeping but then on my next brew it kind of calibrated itself and it will not beep done until it stops. The milk frotter works well and the temp of the finish product is perfect. It is pretty quick, pretty easy to use and clean and the perfect size for my tiny kitchen. Will provide pics when I get my mini station for it

I had a Keurig for two years. I cleaned every week, and made sure it was clean. After that went out, I purchased this one, I could not be happier. It is wonderful and very inexpensive! The coffee is brewed to how you like it, with the several options it gives you. There is even an option for an espresso. The functionality, is so smooth and easy. There is even a frothing attachment that easily twists off to easily rinse off after use. Included is an empty kcup to use your coffee of choice, if you do not want to purchase kcups already prefilled. I prefer brewing one cup at a time, and with this one, the coffee is brewed to perfection. It is lightweight, fits in a small area, and brews your cup quickly.

This Ninja coffee maker is beautiful and modern in design. It has several functions to suit your taste. You can also make capsule coffee and a milk frother. It's super easy to use and doesn't take up much space. You can make cold, hot, or milky coffee. I really liked it; it was a good purchase.

This coffee maker is perfect for us. My husband like pod style weaker coffee and I prefer fresh ground robust coffee. This coffee maker does it all. I am so pleased with the multiple strength options and the flavor produced by this machine. It actually sounds like you are in a Starbucks when it is brewing. Takes a few minutes for the grounds version coffee but as explained in the instructions it primed the grounds with hot water for a minute before the brew cycle starts. There is a 5 stage indicator light showing the brew progress from start to finish.And another thing I’m so impressed with the hotness of the coffee - whether grounds or pod. I’ve always had to heat up coffee made from our old Keurig. I also love the ease of cleaning the brew baskets.One last final point, the engineering of this machine is incredible. Self contained storage slot for the different brew baskets (grounds or pod), a self contained measuring scoop - who knew how handy that could be, and a slim line unit that looks great on our counter and so much less bulky than the Keurig. We haven’t used the built-in frother yet but I’m sure it’s going to be great!Thanks Ninja for a very well made coffee maker that is fantastic.

This is a good machine for making one or two cups of coffee, tea, or any herbal tea. Overall, it is well-designed and fairly sturdy. I have tried all the different sizes and strengths available. It is very flexible and one can adjust to one's own taste.I have two complaints, though. The k-cup does not fit this machine. I think a mistake was make and this is a holder for another machine. I have tried many times,but the lid will not close or recognize the k-cup holder. I will try to get a replacement.The second problem is with the cup holder/drip container. It slants to the outside. Also, it is not deep enough to keep the drips from overflowing. I have to clean up after almost every use. I keep trying different things to level the drip holder, but I am giving up and using a bigger, deeper container. I got extra inserts for the K-Cup to fill and reuse them instead of the plastic disposable pods. However, the problem with the holder is the same. It is just the wrong one for this model. I will try to get a replacement from maker.
