The noodles were really good. It's very spicy though. I do recommend coating your stomach with milk before eating the noodles because the burning sensation will last long. I also suggest not pouting the whole package sauce in the noodles because of how spicy it is. Overall, the noodles are delicious.

The flavor is very good. Slightly sweet, not too salty. The noodles are nice and firm. The heat level is just right for me, which is hot. I used less water than recommended to concentrate the sauce and heat. Yummy!

Delicious but gave me diarrhea for days lol so add some cucumber or something fresh to eat with it

The noodles are large and tender when cooked. The liquid sauce is extremely HOT. I love hot and only used 1/3 of the packet and it was burning my mouth. Good flavor just too hot.

In order of what makes this ramen dope:1. The noodles are the best ramen noodles I've had. If you cook according to the instructions, you get a hearty, flexible, fantastic noodle. If you don't like the seasoning that comes with it, it's worth the price for the noodles and you can make your own broth.2. The flavor is on point for me. It's hard to put a finger on, but it slaps differently than other spicy ramen I've tried. It gave me the forehead sweats, made my lips tingle, and made my salivary glands do their thing. It's hot first, then salty, then slightly sweet. I wish it were a little more fishy, though.3. The possibilities! My first try was just the noodles (again, dope), but the possibilities to elevate the junt are so ripe. Egg, seaweed, sesame seeds, fish sauce, lime, cilantro, onions, scallions, shrimp, bamboo shoots, pork belly, bean sprouts, corn, roast beef...any one of them could bring it to a HNL.Pallet context: I dig spicy. My go-to sauces are in the Dave's Insanity family. Red Hot goes on anything but isn't spicy to me. I've been lucky enough to have been introduced to some amazing Asian flavors (Korean, Chinese, Indian...), but I also know my way around US Southern, German, and Spanish food.

Bought these on a whim because I like things really spicy. This pack of noodles delivered on the fire, but more than that, the noodles were more plump than others I've had and the sauce had a a good flavor - not just hot.

The noodles are very, very good noodles. Fat and take a long time to cook so it's easy to get to al-dente chewy. If you cook these right the spicy sauce package becomes a nice thick, sticky sauce that coats the noodles very well and distributes the spicy, tastey flavors evenly. The heat level is pretty extreme, I am a spicy lover and the first time I ate in of these it was actually difficult to finish a whole package as I had to take several breaks to walk around and cool my mouth down. It's MUCH spicier than the regular buldak spicy noodles, 2x is an understatement. It's more like 10x more spicy than the regular buldak. 10 out of 10 on flavor, spice, and noodle quality.

Love the flavor and hot level of the Buldak 2x. I buy the container of sauce as well to put on boiled eggs or whatever needs a little kick. I would say these are perfect for me as they are similar to heat from some ghost pepper sauces I use. The Buldak 3x is very good as well, it has same great flavor, the spice/hot level is similar to some Trinidad Scorpion/Carolina Reaper sauces I have tried (these made me tear up and cleared out my sinus for sure).
