Returned it and got refund with no problems!
Temperature wouldn't stay high enough and most of upper body is outside of the sauna so doesn't seem like you get the most optimal effect. There is no picture showing a person sitting in it so you aren't quite sure from the picture.We returned it and had no problem getting a complete refund with no problems so that was a huge positive!
