Q: How's the rib fitting? I'm being forced into regular bras from sports bras and the regular ones are killing my ribs quite literally.

I have found this bra to be one of the most comfortable bras I have ever owned. No problem with the rib fitting.

Q: Do the cups in this bra have a shaped foam to give shape to breasts? or is it like a flattening sports bra?

It is not shaped foam, but not flattening like a sports bra. It just fits the natural shape of your breast. You will love it. Getting the right size is the key.

Q: size chart does not match what is offered. what size do i need if i am a 36 to 38 D to DD

Hi, I was frustrated, too, because of no cup sizes. I am usually a 34DDD, I took a 36, which fits pretty well. It doesn't, however, offer a lot of side support, which is what I needed post-surgery. If I were you, I'd probably go with the 38 to accommodate your cup size.

I am a 34 DD. And the 36 fit me well. If she is a 36 band size get a 38
