I was surprised by the color...
I was surprised and disappointed upon opening this. I wasn't expecting brown clumps....But the clumps are dry and loose, so they easily fall apart. So it's super easy to scoop.And the flavor is really really great! Very coconut-y. Like coconut sugar but sweeter.I'm really happy with it. So do be surprised by it's appearance. Looking forward to using this on my diet.

Tasty!
I was a little put-off when I first opened the container - I was not expecting the color, and the product was a bit clumpy. However the flavor is really nice, and the clumps break up easily so it is still easy to scoop. This will definitely help me with my diet as I love sweet coffee and this works well in my coffee.
