I received the loaf pan yesterday and immediately used it for a German cake recipe. Several German recipes require this size of loaf pan.The cake turned out great. It is non-stick although I did spray it prior to baking with baking spray.The pan is of great weigh and washes easily. Handwashing is better than putting it in the dishwasher. It will probably last longer.It is easy to remove from the oven because there is lip handle on either end.A good buy.
