After only owning this bottle for a few months it has become unusable. The straw has started to grow mould and nothing I do can remove it. It isn't just surface mould, if you look closely you can see the mould spores embedded in the rubber. No matter how many times I wash it, wipe it, boil it etc it doesn't come off.Not mould related but the plastic part of the lid is incredibly flimsy, it would definitely shatter if you dropped it. Over all not designed well.I do not recommend this product at all. I would return it if I could but the seller only offered a 1 month return window.

I had only received the water bottle one day ago but so far I really like the feel and design of the bottle. It doesn't feel heavy to carry around. I had read the reviews before buying this bottle and one of the buyer said she did a test to see if this bottle works with hot water. So after washing the bottle I did a test right away by pouring boiled water in the bottle and then leaving it there over night. This morning I woke up with warm water in the bottle. So it actually does work with hot water too! I was going to return the bottle if it really didn't work with hot water but it does!! So I'm definitely keeping it because the design is so sleek and I like it.

This product is awesome. It's very durable, and esthetically pleasing. I find it's easy to clean. A great option for me to take to work as the mouth piece can be covered while not in use.

Best water bottle for the gym, bringing to class and anywhere! It's sleek and cute, I put it in my bag every day and it doesn't leak. I also took out the straw so I can tilt it back instead of using the straw. Ello products are the best

Kept water ice cold all day, in hot Mexican sun, when I added a couple of ice cubes. Still good with just refrigerated water, but ice hadn't melted much at all, by the end of the day.
