I've been drinking this for a couple weeks now. The powder dissolves well even in cold water. However, if you drop a 'clump' of the powder, it will take a while to dissolve and sometimes creates some cloudy substance. So I take my time to sprinkle the powder instead of dropping an entire teaspoonful into the water. It tastes fine, but a highly concentrated batch gives me a bad headache. When I mix in a very small amount to make the water turn into a light brownish, yellow color, I don't get a headache. It will take me a really long time to finish this batch of powder, but when I do finish, I will try a different brand.
