I waited about a year to give my review because I wanted to see the value over time. I had a few bad experiences with different pitchers as the water at my office is extremely hard even replacing the filters earlier than recommended there was a fishy taste in the water. This has been a great investment and a life saver as water tastes fresh and clean. I don’t really understand the bad reviews. Yes it takes some time to filter but in return you don’t have to be changing the filters frequently and dealing with bad water. I usually fill it with a gallon of water and a half and it last me for a few days I just try to set a reminder to add water on time not to ran out of filtered water. Installation was easy and appearance is very nice.

This is a good product but my only complaint/suggestion is that I have no way to know when they need to be replaced. I'm going to replace ours every six months but it's just a guess.

Just as good as the expensive Berkey brand filters but actually affordable! I had been waiting to buy one and finally decided to buy this one instead and I am very pleased with it the only thing was tightening the spigot so it wouldn't leak was a tad bit difficult but once done it has held water.

UPDATE-This Modern looking gravity water filter I has exceeded my expectations. Apparently I had a Faulty valve/faucet. After the company saw my review they immediately contacted me and offered to send me a replacement spout. It must’ve been overnighted because the part arrived so quickly and it fixed my filter. So I am now a very pleased customer. Not only does the unit produce great tasting water there is a wonderful customer service team that backs their product 100%If you’re in the market for a wonderful water filter system- buy this one. You won’t regret it.I would give 10 stars if possible.

Water tastes great now

I have nothing against Fachioo products, Ive been very happy with other items purchased from them, but...The description of THIS product shows the measurements for a different complete water filter.NOT the width of this water filter stand. Silleh me, thought I was getting a Prime Day deal!Let the Buyer Beware, I suppose! XDOtherwise, the physical quality of the stand is good, Ill give it 5 stars on its construction.Its just too darn small and my wallet is that much lighter. :PDon't make the same mistake that I made.It is a good stand, Ill try to find some other use for it.I measured the width of the stand at appx 8.75 inches.Measure the bottom of your water filter! ;)

Our tap water still tastes the same when filtered through these filters. We will not be purchasing them again. Not a good product.

Seems to be a quality product except for the fact that the washers that go with the spout are razor sharp. Sliced my finger during installation, definitely needs to be addressed for customer safety.
