i will rather say ots a plug and play type of product as i have installed jt last 2 or 3 days back its working fine till now i will use it for sometime and again give review for the same easy to use strong and give good security with inbuilt camera in it.

The lock has exellent functions. Also the installation process was seamless with nice customer service back up with guidance over video call. Fully satisfied as a customer

Lock works great.

The installation support is outstanding. The door mm was 5mm less for me but customer support team provided a workaround for theninstallation and able to do it. The door lock itself have the camera and bell option is superb. You can do a remote unlock after looking in to the camera. Nil technical glitches through smart life app but lavna app is bit tough to connect.

1. Configuring Wifi doesn't work if not within 5 feet distance. I purchased 3 Lavna locks LA24 , LA44 and LE50 for 3 different enterancesseems they have not put internal WiFi antenna in any of these. I good pretty good Wifi Coverage using A router and ceiling mounted AP in whole house on Mobiles, Laptop, Refrigerator, Dishwasher etc but Lavna locks demand being next to router even 10 feet distance doesn't work.2. You can not unlock using WiFi unless someone presses door bell on lock only BT can be used for thus use case.3. BT range is limited you have to be in some 15 feet distance4. Even Wifi is not reliable many times on pressing call bell receive notification but picture of person pressing doesn't come.5. No IR camera you can only see still image. if there is light outside. So need to keep light above door on always so that it lights up face.6. Does not.substitute Video Door bell as you do not see video remotely and can talk and does not integrate with any Video Door Bell.So in all this is useful only for small apartment.These hurdles could have been overcome if there was integration with Alexa or Google but since it is not there (not claimed either so not negative point ) so this is useless for any usage where you envison opening Door being on another floor or away from home.Installation in solid teak door was a mess Installer was skilled only to work on plywood doors. If you have teakwood or any other hardwood door better call a proper carpenter to cut using router from side.

Product was really amazing. Fully satisfied with this product. If you want to buy a smart lock go for lavana lock. Looks very premium and service is also very good.
