I have two younger brothers who like to fight a lot. and for the price of this product was perfect.The adjustable sizes of the headgear and the gloves was perfect for both of their heads and hands, and the padding was comfortable and fit snuggly. The quality of the material may not be the best, but what it makes up for in subpar quality is its nice and sleek look.

Great for beginners and practicing the movements

Very very cheap! Gloves weigh no where near as described… it’s perfect for young KIDS because it’s literally protecting no one. You can feel your knuckles through the gloves and can literally see my nails poking out of gloves due to no parting just cheap material. The head gear is also VERY cheap and at this point is just for fashion purposes while you shadow box. 0-10 definitely DO NOT recommend… keep in mind I’m a formal boxer and would hate anyone else to waste their money.
