These not only taste great but they actually work! At first I was like oh it’s probably a placebo effect but then I realized no I actually have a decreased appetite and so did my fiancé. It’s helped us both so much that we barely snack anymore. This will always be on rotation for us.

As a long time user of berberine, I decided to try these gummies. They cause severe stomach pain, nausea, and headaches. As soon as I stop taking them the symptoms disappear. I had no good changes at all & my inflammation & numbers went up. Highly don't recommend.
