My kids love these gummies. They like the taste and I like the low dosage of melatonin - effective at helping them fall asleep when needed (i.e. when traveling, anxious, or off sleep cycles). Great value for number of gummies!

These gummies are effective and reliable. They are marketed as children's, but we adults use it as well. Ideal for using during overnight flights - no water needed! They do not make me feel groggy in the morning!

These work very well. I've been buying these for years. Some batches are better than others for whatever reason, enough for my kids to notice and hope the next one is back to the better (normal) version. My kids have been having dental issues though and had to have some work done and the dentist said that gummies are horrible for your teeth, so that is the only reason I may be switching to something non- gummy. Other than that, these have dome their job for years!

They serve as an occasional aid for sleep that does not make the kiddos groggy in the morning.

Been using this for my adhd-ers who have a hard time Turning off their Brains at bed time. This is a great melatonin. Taste good. No nightmares or side effects. We have been using it for years.

My kids take 1 pill a night and it helps them relax just enough to nod off to sleep easier. It doesn’t really help them sleep it just helps calm them down for bed.

When it’s been a long day and your kiddo won’t fall asleep, these do the trick. It’s a very tiny dose of melatonin but it works! I’d buy again

They don't completely solve the challenge of falling asleep but do seem to provide some assistance. It's a helpful addition to the bedtime routine, particularly on those more restless nights. A good option for parents seeking a mild sleep aid for their kids.
