I have been testing this supplement the entire month and wow I have fallen absolute in love with this product! This is perfect for anyone you struggles to take pills, as this is a powder you mix into your water, which I love as this is perfect for everyone. I ordered this product and didn’t realize that i got it just in time 2 days before I have my monthly period. I’ve been having minor cramps days before it comes and then very bad ones on my 1st day. After giving birth of 2 kids, I can say that my pain tolerance has been very high now. But dealing with monthly cramps, I could never get used to. It’s so uncomfortable and affects my daily routine.As for this nutrient drink, I drank it as soon as I get it and interestingly, my cramps wasn’t as bad. I wasn’t really sure if it’s because of this drink, but my period went on very smoothly! It wasn’t as heavy as before and I felt my cycle this month was the easiest.As for the taste, it’s really refreshing and just like drinking a healthy juice. I prepare it by using a handheld stirer/frother to avoid lumps as I use cold water and put over ice.All in all, I highly recommend this drink to all the ladies!

Amazing, I haven’t been able to get my period back since getting off of birth control. I’ve been taking this product for only 3 days, and just got my period back. Definitely recommend!!

I haven’t yet tried the pills, so I can’t speak to efficacy at the moment. However, I would like to share that the current packaging does not keep the capsules in tact. As you can see from the photo, pills will break open and you will be left with a dusty mess and less useable product than stated on the packaging.
