Very good for its price, using for 1 year, it has good noice canceling mic, good sound isolation,Can connect with bluetooth or it own receiver.Having some time issues with connection to its receiver. But no problems with bluetooth, only downside of bluetooth its mic mute button not syncronised with ms teams. But when connected through its own receiver sync with teams works well, when you mute/unmute from headset button in MS teams also mute/unmute is working

Repeated disconnects whether I use BT or their dongle. Had issues with the mute sometimes working and sometimes not. THAT caused an issue today where I was part of a presentation in Teams and I couldn’t close my hot mic via Teams (me and my mates were clicking the Teams mute button and it it would not engage) or the headset whether I used the mute button or raised the mic arm. Going back and forth troubleshooting I lost track of time: YESTERDAY was my last day to return this item 😡Update: This has literally gotten worse. I found a “solution” on Reddit. An annoying multi-step process of I have to do this every. dang. day., but if it worked, great. This solution turned the mute on, AND THEN I COULDN’T TURN IT OFF without spending more time disconnecting and reconnecting everything again, just for the mute not to work again.

I do a call center style job and take a lot of calls. I COULD NOT stand being tied up in the wires of my headset. It made me feel chained and stuck to my desk, etc. I’m also autistic and the headset is already overstimulating to me. A cord repeatedly touching me didn’t help at all.My brother in law died and while we were scrambling to figure out if he was actually gone, what happened, etc. I ordered this headset. My cord pissed me off and I said “this is one thing I shouldn’t have to worry about right now.” And bought this.I’d gotten a cheaper off brand with a USB dongle that didn’t work and had to send it back. It was bulky and hurt my head and neck.This headset is lightweight and comfortable to wear. It takes awhile before my glasses start hurting my ears due to the pressure. The sound quality is pretty great, almost as good as my earbuds I love. The weight distribution is nice and the build feels solid. It feels durable, though I baby this headset because it’s made my work life so much more enjoyable.The mute button is lovely, but is why I gave this a 4/5 stars. There’s been a few times where it wouldn’t unmute and I had to completely restart my laptop to get it to give me my microphone back and turn the headset off and back on. When this happens, I can’t power the headset off until the laptop shuts down.It’s only happened a handful of times and makes 95% of my calls 1000% better. I love this headset and recommended it to my boss who’s probably going to buy one also. The USB C connection is MARVELOUS as the reg USB ports on these laptops are shot. We’ve got older laptops, and use Vonage call center software.

Great headphones and great mic with decent bass. Not too stiff on the ears and not too heavy. You can charge while using if needed unlike most others I have tried. Works with Bluetooth, wireless usbc dongle, and direct wired usbc cable on Windows, Linux, IOS, and Samsung Dex. Only need a usbc 2.0 cable for the headphones and mic to work. Great price especially if you catch it on sale.

I waited to review this product so I could give an accurate review. The headset itself is amazing, I can use the headset for 2 days before I have to charge it again. Very comfortable on the ears. I love being able to move around answer a call then get back to my desk. Mute button is good. The thing I dislike the most is powering the headset off, it is not a simple press of the button I have tried multiple ways to power off and I have not found what works consistently. Without the struggle of the power off button the headset deserves 10 stars.

I've had this headset since December 2023 for meetings working from home. The sound quality is pretty good. Comfort is so-so, not as good as the 1st gen (my sister has the 1st gen of this headset). The mic piece broke off a few days ago. The mute button didn't work for a while. The Bluetooth connectivity to my work and personal laptops has been unreliable.I am now using my 6 year old Galaxy Buds for WFH which are better overall than this JLab headset- more reliable Bluetooth, decent comfort, good sound quality, not as clunky to wear. But my Galaxy Buds can connect to only one device at a time.

I absolutely love these for working from home, and they're super affordable. They're really comfortable. The sound quality and battery life are really good. I like that they're are multiple options for connecting and the buttons to mute and end calls with the headset. It also connects easily to multiple devices at once, so I can use it with my phone and computer. I have a more expensive headset that I never use because I like this better.
