Why double din radio carplay will not save my setting after ignition off?

Please check wiring of 10 inch double din head unit. Power harness Red wire should connect to car ignition/ACC 12V+, big yellow wire should connect to battery B+12V, if connect red and yellow wire reversely, there has no memory of your setting.

What should I pay attention during install car stereo 10 inch touchscreen?

Disconnect the battery positive terminal (battery+) before installing car stereo apple carplay. Also, please do not detach the touchscreen when car ignition on, If necessary, turn off the car and cut off the power before detaching the screen.
