The product is amazing! I have used Biotop for years. Seller should package better. Was just put in a padded envelope. Conditioner was all over inside. Would have helped if the bottle pump was taped in the closed position.

This conditioner has a pleasant smell and leaves my hair soft, but not weighed down. It’s great for my thin hair.

I truthfully was not that impressed with this product. I have thick frizzy hair with dry ends and it did not seem to nourish at all. I used according to directions and after washing out my hair did not feel moisturized compared to other conditioners. I personally would be upset if I paid full price with the results I was given.

This is a rather pricey conditioner but it seems to work well with my hair. My hair is long and baby fine. It is oily near the scalp and dry and damaged at the ends. I wash it every morning and I have done so for more years than I care to mention. There is really no way I can skip a day without my hair looking flat, limp and dirty. It also tangles very easily so I use a conditioner or a detangling spray almost every time I shampoo just so I can get a comb through my hair. I have to be careful to use a shampoo that doesn't strip my hair and a conditioner that doesn't weigh it down.This conditioner is rich and creamy and I don't need to use a lot of it to end up with soft, shiny hair that is easy to comb and style. It rinses away clean and doesn't leave any residue in my hair and it looks full. The ingredient list shows that this conditioner does have an added parfum; it is a rather odd fragrance, but it is not off-putting and it doesn't linger too long. My hair is weak and brittle and I don't know if this conditioner is helping to strengthen it, but it does seem to be helping to repair the ends. I've been using this every other day for a few weeks now, and the ends of my hair feel smoother and softer and I think they look healthier. It appears that the ingredients shown under the important information section of the product description is just a partial list. Some of the ingredients shown on the full list are those that I consider iffy so I will wait until I have finished the entire bottle before deciding if I want to continue with this product.

Thick, very scented. Feels nice on the hair. Took some extra rinse time to get out. Bit heavy for my roots so really just a tips conditioner for me.

Don't like this. It's very thick conditioner and even though it is jam-packed with a lot of different stuff (keratin, kale, vitamin e), I couldn't notice a lot of changes. It has a really strong scent, and it was weird. Don't like that either.
