What are the inside dimensions of the tray at the lowest point?

Inside dimension is 21 3/4 inches at the base

I ordered one of these, they are way larger that 23 1/2x 23 1/2. the one i received was 3 feet wide. who is doing the measuring on this?

Yes I ordered one as well it came but it was more like 45 1/2 x 45 1/2. I do believe planter bases are measured diagonally.

How much weight would this hold? My cement pot weighs almost 200 lbs, plus soil.

My pots are about 40 to 50 lbs. Might work but am not sure.

Will this fit 4 x 5gal buckets?
