I always wear size large shirts, and the same for undershirts except for this one. I chose a medium and it fits great. Likewise, the standard athletic shirts with the Eversoft name by Fruit of the Loom look and feel great because they are 100% cotton, but not the rib type you see everywhere. These are softer and well-made. BTW: This review applies to the Eversoft brand, both Athletic and Tank.

I'm 6ft 170lbs (medium sized shirt)I'm thin and long and I find it difficult to find any sort of muscle shirt (actually, any sort oft-shirt ) that fits me perfectly. Usually muscle shirts fit me like a dress or have enormous arm holes or fit great then shrink up to baby sized after one wash. These fruit of the loom shirts are the best out there. I've tried them all. These are well made. They're tailored. They hold up wash after wash. They feel great and look perfect. I never question this shirt once I've put it on. Can't say it enough; this is the best muscle shirt out there. I hope they never stop making it...and maybe add a few other colors??If you struggle to find a muscle shirt that you feel comfortable and confident in, this is totally the shirt for you.

Fits large, but good material, very soft and nice. Good if you tuck into underwear.

Initially ordered size Small. Too small and returned for Medium. Much better. I am female, weigh about 135lbs. 5'5'. The Medium fit is good, but arm hole although not huge, are a little larger than I prefer, showing just a little of sides of a bra. I have the black shirts, so will solve this with probably a black sportsbra. The material is quality but just a little thicker/heavier than I had hoped for as these are used for working out at the gym.
