My dental hygienist recommended this. I received a sample after a cleaning . It’s for healthier gums . I bought the fresher breath option because I’m very particular about not only oral hygiene but fresh breath as well. The 3 pack was a great value . My teeth are just as white as they were with my previous toothpaste which had whitener in it.
