Great for what I wanted.
I can pull 100kg sledge with this. Love it.

no adjustment on shoulders , waist bit comes up too high
This is well made.Stitching is tidy , no sharp ends to stick in you .Materials are webbing for the straps , padding on the shoulders feels rather like a neoprene.There are 3 carabiners on the pull strap, 2 either end and one centrally. Ant that strap is about 60 inches to the middle and 60 inches out again.The shoulder harness has a ring centrally at the back to connect your middle carabiner to.Its all really strongly made so dragging things without it breaking is pretty much guaranteed.We thought it lacked adjustment on the shoulder harness.I tried it (5'4" female and the belt bit feels way too high up and as though I needed the shoulder straps tighter.You get a plastic belt buckle that clips together at the front of the belt part with limited adjustment but no adjustment on the shoulders at all so if you are a bit taller you'll find its right up under your chest muscles and if you are a bit shorter you'll find the should straps slew about.You defo cant have it near your waist like in the online pics.

Poor quality - broke with little use
The plastic buckle broke during the second use. I should have returned it at that point but managed to carry on using it by taping around the buckle.Sadly one of the metal clips sheared less than a month after that and I've missed the window to return the harness.I suspect if you're only using it for a parachute it would be fine, but any weight and it sadly falls apart.

have quality concerns...
not impressed at all sadly speaking.the quality is not promising.I tried to pull some weights wearing this on my back and I felt / heard strange noise as if the harness or the vest started to tear off. I was using this on around 65kg of weight pulling on my back.so i am questioning the safety of this product and its durability medium to long term.
