Real sharp looking hat!

Ok so this hat is awesome. Its my husband's favorite hat, unfortunately he lost it. So I'm going to rebuy now. He has a HUGE head and this thing stretched around that giant dome.

Love how it looks, decent quality (as it should be, being Colombia) but the band that goes on the forehead is super itchy. Maybe it's too tight? Ordered an XXL size as well to see if the tightness is causing itchiness.
