Coolink SWIF2 80L – Case fan – 80 mm – 80 L

I am rarely so pleased with a simple device as I am with this case fan!After about 18 months, our Zyxel NAS326 started making annoying noises. Initially, it was a faint 'hunting' rumble, but this rapidly increased and a few shrieks were added driving us potty! I realised this was a fan issue and contacted Zyxel who (eventually) told me the noises were normal and nothing could be done.Of course, a little research on Google and YouTube proved this to be utter codswallop - and this particular replacement fan was recommended. I suspect that Zyxel have slightly modified the outer casing of the NAS326 since the YouTube videos were made as removing it was much easier than claimed.Swapping the fans over took all of 2 minutes and this 'slim' fan fits perfectly into position (a 25mm wide fan will not fit a Zyxel NAS326). The cable is considerably longer than on the original fan but I was able to loop it all of the way around the fan casing to keep everything tidy. I fixed the fan in using the supplied metal screws rather than the (also supplied) rubber mounts - which seemed more secure.What a difference! This fan is to all intents and purposes SILENT! The NAS reports a slightly lower rotational speed compared with the original fan. However, it keeps my 7200 rpm Toshiba NAS 4TB HDDs much cooler - which I prefer as these HDDs do seem to run much hotter than drives from other manufacturers.This is not the cheapest case fan on Amazon. However, it must be the quietest and one of the more efficient. Delivery from Germany took less than a week - which is very reasonable.I am so chuffed!NOTE: For a Zyxel 326 or 325 NAS, a 80 x 80 mm fan with a 3-pin 'Molex' connector is required. Fan depth needs to be 22 mm or less (most of the fans on Amazon are 25 mm deep and are NOT suitable).

I'm giving this 1 star although they are great fans because it didn't come as described and the seller hasn't responded. It should have had in the Package Content as stated: Anti-vibration screws and Y Splitter Cable. It had the screws but it was a voltage reducer cable and not a Y Splitter cable. I have contacted them and asked them to send them as I need the Y Splitters to complete my build properly they have not responded at all. I bought 2 fans and neither had a Y Splitter in the box so I'm very not impressed.Update The company has responded so I have put the review up to 4 star from 1 star. They have very kindly sent me the 2 Y-Splitters at their cost as originally advertised and these are Noctua genuine parts so good quality. The fans are now up and running off the Mobo rather than a direct current from the Psu Molex and are extremely quiet and efficient especially for such small fan. So in all, I am now really pleased and to be fair had everything come as stated initially the fans, pricing and packaging would all of had 5 stars no problem and thanks to Coolink/Noctua for sorting it all out. Just to clarify ordinarily these fans do not come with Y-Splitters but when I ordered them it described them as being included this has now been amended. I have no idea if they usually come with reducers as mine did as when you look at the company website it doesn't say they are included either for this model so a little confusing to be honest but either way the fans are really great little fans.

Fans go round and round and round and round, things next to it get cooler and cooler and cooler.Pretty much does what it's meant to do. Came with all the right screws etc and was easy to install, although your mileage may vary depending on where you're installing.

Ich habe den Lüfter in ein Zyxel NAS326 im Austausch gegen das inzwischen rasselnde Original eingebaut. Dafür habe ich die Schwingungsdämpfer benutzt. Der Geräuschpegel ist subjektiv geringer, als beim originalen Lüfter im Neuzustand, obwohl ich den Spannungsadapter nicht benutzt habe.Der Festplattenzugriff ist um einiges lauter.Langzeiterfahrungen liegen nach 2 Wochen natürlich noch nicht vor, werden ggf. ergänzt.

Bien ce ventilateur de 8 cm sa particularité est qu'il est low profile.Cela signifie qu'il fait 2 cm d'épaisseur au lieu des 2,5 d'habitude.Pour mon cas ces 2 cm sont important.

Lo he usado para sustituir el que viene de serie en el NAS Zyxel NSA 325 v2. Las mediciones las he realizado con el móvil, así que no son precisas, pero sirven para hacerse una idea: el nivel de ruido a una distancia de un metro y medio ha pasado de 28 dB a apenas 15 dB; mientras que al lado del NAS, ha pasado de 32 dB a 25 dB. De hecho, ahora el mayor ruido procede de los discos.

ho sempre utilizzato Noctua credendo fossero le migliori ma devo ricredermi. La Coolink è anch'essa un ottima marca, fa prodotti eccezionali, ne è un esempio questa ventola. Alla massima velocità è inudibile, la si sente a solamente (a malapena) se si avvicina l'orecchio.Pienamente soddisfatto, consiglio l'acquisto a chiunque perché è davvero un ottimo prodotto, tra i migliori che abbia mai preso... da adesso in poi Coolinkaggiornamento:in questi giorni ho avuto modo di provare abbondantemente la ventola in oggetto e posso confermare quanto già detto. A chi fosse ancora convinto che NOCTUA o altri marchi siano il massimo, fate un pensiero a questa ventola perché è davvero strepitosa e, più di ogni altra cosa, silenziosa... Provare per credere

Ottimo prodotto comprato per sostituire la ventola all'interno di un box hard disk della Fantec, devo dire che è silenziosissima però muove poca aria, molto poca rispetto a quella originale, il box in questione ha tre velocità per le ventole che vanno da 1 a 3, quella originale a 1 muove più aria di questa qui impostata su 3 quindi penso che non sia adatta al mio caso.. mi informerò meglio sulle temperature degli hard disk......
