Great product to help with muscle growth!
Taking creatine 300 has been very useful for lifting weight and endurance activities. As I have noticed increased strength, performance and muscle growth. While it is easy to blend and dissolves easily regardless of what you mix it with. Definitely worth the investment, I would follow what the product labeling says for great results!

Large portion of creatine - may contain lead
I am often concerned regarding supplements as to the manufacturing origin of the product. Products made in highly developed countries are often subject to increased regulatory scrutiny and thus more likely to have a higher quality as well as avoid undisclosed adulterants, impurities, or contaminants. As such, the product being made in the US is a good sign.Next, this company has their own polished website with the same products for sale - an indication of investment in their own products and belief in the strength of their brand. So too, would they have more to lose if their products were of inferior quality. All this being said, this checks some boxes for being a more reputable supplement. From amazon in particular, ALWAYS scrutinize anything you are putting into your body. Where is it from? What's in it? Are there safer, more reputable alternatives? However, as a lower comment said, this does have a prop 65 lead warning on it. For those who don't know, a regulation for products sold in California enacted as "Proposition 65" requires manufacturers to disclose the potential of certain carcinogens and hazards including lead, a poisonous heavy metal which accumulates in the body over time, that could be introduced in the manufacturing process. If lead is present at any step in the process, or near the assembly and packaging, it is in theory possible it could enter the product on sale.In many cases, manufacturers will apply these labels to products out of caution to prevent legal action should the contaminant ultimately be found, to a product not known to contain detectable levels of the alleged contaminant. In others, manufacturers will attach the label while the product is known to consistently contain levels of the contaminant, breaching California's standards but not the lagging and more lackadaisical federal law. There is no way to distinguish based on packaging alone which is which. As a health conscious end consumer, this puts you in a difficult position. A large portion of products with these labels are generally safe and clean, but not all. Over time, the label has attained something of a boy who cried wolf effect. Consumers have become desensitized to the presence of the prop 65 labels and ignore them, while they may have in fact been duly warned of an imminent risk to their health.I will also note that many loose powder supplements are particularly known to contain high concentrations of lead. Lead is not safe at any amount. It can cause serious and often permanent effects on the nervous system.Balance these facts against the use of any product with such a label. Now onto the powder. There's not much to say. It is relatively tasteless and dissolves well in all kinds of fluids.
