Possibly the perfect budget Everyday watch
I was gifted this on my birthday a few weeks back. It goes in to my growing collection alongside others I have accumulated over the years... Nothing what you'd call luxury, but some nice affordable pieces(Hamilton Murph, Lunar Pilot, few seikos, Christopher Ward). Honestly this does not look out of place at all. I would maybe even go so far as to say this is the perfect everyday watch.First off, you just can't beat Eco Drive for an everyday watch as far as I'm concerned. The practicality and reliability are essential. You'll basically never have to worry about this watch. Secondly, Imho this is a real looker. I was genuinely shocked at how much I have loved the look of it. I found myself comparing it to the Tissot PRX that a friend owns, and I considered, and not only do I consider this a better option in terms of value for money, I genuinely prefer the Citizen. Really, I would pick this over a PRX.Size is perfect, right in the sweet spot that will not look out of place on anyone . Feels comfortable and not too heavy. One thing - I read a review that said how hard it is to remove links: It isn't any harder than any other bracelet imo. In fact, I found it a lot easier than another citizen I have. The only slight(very slight) negative I have found is the crown. It is not easy to use at all and doesn't feel great, but tbh you will barely ever need to use it once it is set

Strap adjustment not possible
Adjusting the strap seems to be impossible without specialist tools. Having followed Citizen's instructions on how to do so as well as watching several youtube videos it became clear after 45 minutes of almost no progress that (as observed in various youtube comments) you put your own safety and that of the watch in jeopardy trying to perform this simple task.Says a lot about the workmanship when such a simple task is this difficult.
