Grip Strength
Works perfectly!!! Not messy at all compared to liquid chalk and my grip strength is just the same. I’m thoroughly happy and I highly recommend.

Perfect for those rainy days
I wish there was a colored option. It's clear and so light I thought the bottle was empty, I even poured way more then I needed to due to not feeling it hit my hand. So make sure you use it in a well lit area until you know what to expect. I've shared/ shown a few friends this product and a little always seems to end up on the ground. It works really well without leaving a residue on your hands or surfaces. It doesn't take much and lasts longer and produce a better result then I had expected. It seems to remove moisture and oil rather than being stickyI've already purchased an additional for a Christmas gift. Super easy to use and it's non toxic

Great product
I have been lifting weights for 25+ years and have always used chalk (have never used gloves). Regular chalk is great but I always have to reapply multiple times each session and it is quite messy. This stuff gives better grip, you only have to apply once each session, and there is little to no mess. Highly recommend for people that use chalk a lot. I was surprised it worked so well.

Interesting concept, but not a true chalk replacement for climbing
I bought this for bouldering, and I have to say the concept is really cool. It dries your hands quickly and gives you just enough grip to climb even without traditional chalk. That said, it’s not without some drawbacks.Pros:– Keeps hands dry initially– Convenient for quick sessions or warm-ups– No mess like regular chalkCons:Wears off too fast. I applied a decent amount and only got through about three attempts on a boulder before my fingers started feeling sweaty again.Pricey for what it is. If you’re using it as a base layer before chalking up, it works—but you can get a much larger bottle of liquid chalk for the same purpose and it’ll last way longer.Bottom line: It’s worth trying once to see if it fits your style, but for serious or long sessions, it won’t replace chalk. I’ll finish the bottle I have, but I won’t repurchase.

I did not expect that!!!
I'm a golfer and sometimes my hands get slippery on my grips, especially if the grips are not cleaned regularly. I saw this item on Shark Tank and decided to order it. It worked much better than I had expected. It really does provide a very good grip. My buddy, who's a rather a large man and sweats a lot, loved it! It for sure works. The only negative, which really isn't a negative, it does leave a white chalky residue on your hand. That can be easily washed off. I highly recommend this item if having a good "grip" is essential.

Very helpful, will last me a long time
I really like this stuff. I don’t use very much at a given time so this is going to last me for. ev. er. Using it on my hands or especially my forearms when I’m mid workout and sweaty and doing lateral or pillar bridges has been so helpful so I don’t slip and have to readjust my position.

Grips better than chalk. Perfect for dead-lifts and pull-ups.
I am an advanced powerlifter and obviously have been using chalk for years. But I tried this "stuff" on a whim because one local gym frowns on chalk. Wow, what a difference. This stuffy is freaky. It is so clear and light, you can hardly see it or can barely feel it in your hand at first. And when you rub it between your hands, it first feels slippery. It only takes a sprinkle or two, like you are salting some food. Not much. But during the workout, it is so much better than chalk. I love it on pull-ups (best exercise ever for the back and arms and rarely done by noobs), it stops slippage on dead-lifts, and kettle-bell swings feel much better, too. My bro friends who have tried this now come over to my workout bag and "borrow" some for their dead-lifts and pull-ups. Seriously, try one bottle. You'll be surprised at how effective it is.

Too grippy for someone with dry hands rather than sweaty ones
Too sticky for tennis for me. I prefer the tactile feel of a fresh overwrap. I found that I got stuck in rotation when changing grips. It increased grip rigidity, detracting from the feeling of fluid flow through contact.
