Because this item is really pricey for a paper towel holder, it took me a long time before I finally bit the bullet and made the purchase. After over a week of using it in my small apartment kitchen, I'm happy to say I have no regrets! The functionality of the holder can't be beat. I love that it doubles as a holder for the cleaning spray tube. It locks in place with a simple push down and can be released with a push as well. I really appreciate the convenience of having paper towels and a cleaning spray in one place; I no longer have to separately rummage for a bulky bottle spray. The weighted bottom and flexing arm on the side also keep the holder in place for easy, one-handed towel tears.

Great quality and sleek look on the counter
My husband hates having a surface spray sitting on the counter and always hides it under the sink. However, he does the dishes and I wipe down the counters, so this is always so annoying for me! I bought this for him as a birthday present, and he was so excited by it! He loves anything clever or sleek like this product, and we always talk about how cool this product is. We've been using it for over a month, and the quality of the bottle is great, the mist is fine, and the paper towel holder is heavy and looks nice on the counter. This is very expensive for what it is, but if you also have the same non-issue about where to store the surface cleaner bottle, this product is a game changer!

Pricy but good
Nice but expensive towel holder. Wait for a sale or buy with your discount after registering another Simplehuman product. The tablets for the cleaner are...meh. Don't really clean all that well which surprises me for Simplehuman. But no worries. Dump some Method in the sprayer and you will be fine. Holds my Costco towels just fine. I bought 2 more of these after buying the first. Well designed though as always.
