I love these bands! My old band snapped on me whilst working out so I needed to order a new one quickly to continue my workout programme. I looked online and the official band for my programme is about £30, for one! So I'm really please to have found these!You get different bands with different levels of resistance, yellow is light resistance for example and it gets harder and harder. The bands each have hooks on either end so they can be either attached to the handles or to the foot holds, it's really easy to click them on or off depending on what you want to use.It also comes with a door hold aswell so you can use the bands pinned into a doorway. There's a small bag to keep everything in too!The bands feel excellent quality, thick material and for the price excellent value!

As a beginner I waited in anticipation for my bands to arrived, looking forward to doing the exercises that were shown to the scroll through picture. Oh how naïve of me to think that the exercise chart will be included in my package....I now have bands but are not sure how to use them properly.

I bought these bands to use at home when I can't manage to go to the gym. They arrived this morning and just finished to test them doing different exercises that I usually do at the gym. They are great, my muscles hurt and they work perfectly. I am sure I will soon need to order a new set when my son comes back from Uni at Christmas because he is the one who told me about them and probably will want a set himself.

This is a good set of resistance bands. They are good quality bands. There are 5 bands included which are different strengths. It also includes the handles, door anchor, ankle straps and a carry bag.
