it has listed sodium benzoate in it, this combines with vit c (amla) to form benzene a notible carcinogen please comment on that?

Thank you asking. Please note Himalaya Chyavanprash does not contain Benzene. By way of information, mere presence of ascorbic acid and benzoates alone is not enough for benzene formation. These two ingredients need to be present at the appropriate concentration along with a requisite amount of heat and ultraviolet rays.
