This is my fourth pill fob purchase. The others were very cheap, like a couple dollars for five fobs. I couldn't use any of them because they either were cruddy on the inside or their coatings came off easily. I got fed up and bought this at around 30x the price of other fobs. I'm glad I did. It was clean on the inside, has no coatings to come off, looks nice, seals well, and I don't have to worry about the metal corroding. It holds about eight 81 mg aspirin plus 2 lactose pills.I put a small piece of cotton inside to keep the pills from banging around.6 Month Update: Still carrying this every day. Looks a little more grey. No issues with it.

Strong and well made. I like that the pills (tiny nitros) can be poured in and followed with a cotton ball for their stability. I also like that it is waterproof and strong. It's shortcoming if any really is that it is a bit big for a keychain and a bit easy to misplace if not on a keychain.

Although the pills I use this for are, nominally, too long, in fact they are football shaped and fit no problem. I have used this pill fob for 2+ years, unscrewing it and refilling it everyday. The top has never come off accidentally. And the top and bottom have never cross-threaded, although you have to be careful. Those are the details I consider worth mentioning.

The size is perfect for my needs, holds 5 tablets a little bigger than aspirin tablets. It doesn’t overwhelm my keychain, in fact it goes perfect with my Fenix keychain flashlight, they are almost the exact same size. It does feel heavier and look shinier and more polished than titanium usually is, I think it might actually be stainless steel, but I can’t be certain. In any event, I had to go thru 4 keychain pill holders before I finally found one that wasn’t too big or too small, and it looks good so I’m keeping it. I was big on getting titanium this time for health and safety reasons as well as weight, but my last one was stainless and I had it for over 20 years with no deleterious health effects that I know of so I’ll just keep it regardless of whether it’s stainless or titanium. I just hate paying a titanium price for a stainless steel holder. I deducted 1 star for not having any papers or literature in the box, not that you need instructions, but it would be nice to have a small piece of literature stating that it’s titanium and where it’s made and by whom, in case one needs to email for an o ring or customer service.

This is a great pill vial for traveling! Due to a close call with an insect sting that nearly made us use the Epi-Pen we have, we now have benadryl in these for immediate medical intervention in case of an allergic reaction. This is a well made titanium vial and carries a lot of small pills. It is now on the keychain and make us feel a lot safer traveling around.

Material used is OK but nothing special. Inside space is too small to accomodate more than a few oblong pills. This is not worth the extra money they charge.. go cheaper.

I misplaced my previous fob and wanted one a bit smaller. This one is perfect. I use it to make sure that I always have lactaid available and it will hold 5 tablets with ease.

My husband had a heart attack and this is perfect for him to carry his nitro pills. He said it is good size to carry in his pocket.
