It’s a good bench for smaller spaces. It light and adjusts easy enough. If I had to say anything critical it’s that sometimes it can feel a little wobbly. Once you get used to it though it’s not a big deal. Most definitely not gym quality, but good for a home gym.

It's cheap but it folds nice and is easy to assemble. I like the pin in the middle to collapse it. Quite sturdy but sometimes it walks a bit if you get on and off of it, nothing that risks safety though. Holds my weight and is pretty comfortable.I feel like it was made for a shorter person - the ankle catches have my butt past the seat when I'm doing sit ups and leg lifts but the bench is flat or angled down so it doesn't really affect my workouts.Adjustment is very easy and there are ample angles.Upholstery is difficult to wipe sweat off of. Keep a good cloth around.Good value for the money. Note: I hate the branding. Such a weird name to have on a bench.

Very easy to assemble seems pretty sturdy and stable. I’m 250lbs and feel very comfortable working out on it. For the price you can’t beat it.

Meh. It works, I mean it’s better than not having a bench at all.But I can tell it won’t last long (the seat is somehow already bent/warped) and it just kinda feels cheap and weak.There’s a reason why quality adjustable benches will cost $300-$1000 and this thing is Exhibit A on that score.The upshot is a decent amount of angle adjustment, but that’s about it.If you’re only able to spend this much, it’s a way to get by, but in future I’d recommend getting this with only the expectation of a temporary holdover until you can afford a good one from Rogue or Hammer Strength, etc.

I have been looking for an adjustable bench and this is a great cheaper option. It is sturdy and easy to put together. The only thing I don't like about is when you lower the head in the decline position and try to perform sit ups the gap between the two pads can be uncomfortable and at times I was afraid my pants were going to get caught and tear on the metal pieces.
