This the 2nd one I have bought and this is better than the first. I keep waiting to replace the filter. I’ve never changed filters. My 1st set I changed before the red light came on and then it would continue to come on several times during the 2 weeks I have the filter but I don’t want a repeat 🔁. HELP

This is a great water filter pitcher!I like the smart filter design!I had an issue with the filter indicator light and contacted the company. They responded quickly and replaced it right away! It was beautifully packaged, and the delivery was great! Do not hesitate to purchase their products, and you will not regret it, seriously!

This is the absolute best water purifier. We purchased another one instead of buying a filter for it. I nearly gave this one 4 stars as we did not like the upgraded versions lid. So we used old lid style on new purifier.

Nice Water Filter. Like it. Only issue is that it seems to leak when you pour. Leaks down the sprout which is annoying. Outside of that it's pretty good, but I'm not sure I would purchase it again.

This pitcher is so great, we needed a filtering pitcher. We started to drink more water. Instead of replacing the filter on the smaller pitcher we paid a couple dollars more for the larger pitcher with filter. No more almost empty pitcher in the fridge. A+
