Trans guy here! I ordered this compression vest after ftm top surgery (double mastectomy) and wanted to provide my thoughts for other trans patients who are looking for a low-cost/affordable option on Amazon. After top surgery, you’re typically required to compress for 3-6 weeks and this vest was a great option for comfort and functionality. It fits really well and the sizing was fairly accurate. My chest was measured at 41’ inches and I ordered that size (for reference, I weigh about 230 pounds and stand at 5’4 inches).Regarding the zipper quality, I will admit that you can see (slightly) the zipper through some shirts. It doesn’t bother me, but it is something worth noting.

This is a good quality compression chest binder. It provides a good amount of compression. The only thing keeping this from a 5 star review is the front zipper. The zipper sometimes protrudes out depending on the shirt. Its breathable and easy to wash. Great for gym sessions to get that physique.

Holds my moobs in well. I wear to the gym and when we go out and about at times. Easy to put on and off which is a plus and seems to be quite comfortable. I'd buy another when it comes time.

It is easy to wear and looks good. But when I sit down, the bottom keeps rolling up.

My husband called it a bra when I first told him I was ordering for him. And declared he wasn't wearing it. That was until it arrived and he tried it on. It does work very well toning down those nipples that poke out and is true to size he was satisfied with his man bra.

It runs very small a large normally fits me but not even close might fit a 10 year old..
