This is the best brand I have tried. The taste is nice and strong. I fill my water flask with cold water, a couple of rounded tablespoons of this powder and maple syrup to taste for a delicious limeade drink. I tried an organic brand that didn't cost quite as much and had to add three times as much powder to get even a mild lime taste.It is also so convenient and delicious to sprinkle into recipes that call for lime juice.

This is perfect for someone traveling that doesn’t want to sacrifice quality.

I only use organic produce, and on the web page it says over and over that it's made from organic limes. So I was surprised that the package says natural a couple times and organic nowhere. You can't say something is organic without it being certified organic on the package, I would think Amazon would have the same standards for a company saying their product is made from an organic fruit, they should not be allowed to say it if it's not certified, otherwise how can we trust what they are saying is true. Also, even though the product has misleading information, it cannot be returned even if it was never opened.

Love this lime powder. I add it to my water to give it a nice twist of flavor. And because it’s powder I can keep some in my lunch bag for refills at work. A little goes a long way.

This has a great lime flavor. I mixed use it mostly with water to give it a little lime flavor but it works perfectly with other recipes as substitute for lime.

First no more worries about having lime juice on hand - you have it in spades, and for a long time with this bag (mine expires in just over 1 year)! It's great in water for a limey/refreshing taste, great in margaritas, great sprinkled on anything boring in flavor, lovely in guacamole, really a fun thing to use on all sorts of things!What I did not like:No complaints at all here - this is a great staple to have on hand to add freshness to anything you can imagine lime in OR on!Overall:5 stars for a yummy, fun way to ALWAYS have lime juice, lime flavor on hand!

This product clumps. Very sensitive to humidity. I had to mix mine with corn starch to keep it in powder form. Otherwise it just turns into a block. TASTES GREAT

This lime juice powder is really convenient. I love the idea of being able to mix up some lime juice without having to keep fresh limes around. They always end up going bad before I use them all. Also, lime juice from the store always has nasty added ingredients and chemicals to it, so this lime juice powder is perfect. It has a really strong lime flavor and is very easy to mix up. I love that it has no added artificial ingredients and it has a wonderful lime flavor. The bag is large and will last a long time. I am very happy with this overall and would order again.
