I got this to put on a guitar pedalboard - I have an amp on my board with an XLR out. I am basically using this cable to patch from the XLR on the top of my board to a patchbay at the back (Rockboard). The slots on the Rockboard are too small for an XLR head to pass through. This cable allows you to remove the housing, which let me pass it through the slots, reassembling it to connect to the patchbay at the back of the board. It works great and looks good too. Very low-profile also, which is nice.

Quality of cables is good. Connectors are made and fit well. Colored ends are useful for when you start expanding your systems. Good value & shipped quickly.

These are good quality XLR cables but in the description is says they are "angle adjustable", which is one of the main reasons I bought them. However, nothing adjusts on these cables. Buyer beware.

These are great!

I attached these to my Zoom F8 but had a horrible time removing them; I had to disassemble my Audio bag to get these off my Audio Recorder.I then tried my Sound Devices Mixpre 10 II with the same results.....These are NOT suitable for Audio Recorders that have locking disconnects - like all professional devices do.NOT Recommended.Note: You can break/Snip off the locking lug, but then they can be pulled out.
