So I took the chance on this; I was told by my doctor that I need 1200 mg of calcium a day, and liked the thought of these (tasty gummies) instead of swallowing pills. And I also liked the added benefits of the magnesium and zinc.I know it sounds silly, and every disclaimer with supplements says to check with your doctor first. I however, did not. I have taken these religiously for the last 3 months, every day. And this past week my blood pressure has gone up, my resting heart rate has sky rocketed, and I started getting tension headaches. After ending up at my doctors office, and then Urgent Care, I was told to stop these immediately. They affected my kidneys and electrolytes, causing all of these symptoms. After I stopped taking them, everything subsided.Just everyone reading this, please consider talking to your doctor first, please. Don't end up like me!
