Freezes
I have 3 kids, and we’ve always used hello baby monitor and loved them! However, we had the older monitors. We recently upgraded to the newer version and we’re less than impressed. While having it in the rotate mode to go between the 3 cameras, it freezes. So I’ll wake up in the morning to only one kid on the screen. We sent it back and got a replacement and the new monitor does the same exact thing.I came back to edit my review because their customer service alone deserves 5 stars!!

Great value for money just be cautious of monitor
We have three kids and this is perfect to have for each of their rooms. It is easy to travel with and the battery life lasts days! When the grandparents use it they also find it user friendly for trying it out for the first time. Customer service has been great. We had an issue with our monitor and they responded quickly to rectify the situation. I would just be cautious of the monitor and not let it drop on hardwood floors!

Lullabies/white noise doesn’t stay on
The lullabies/white noise keeps turning off after a few minutes. I have the white noise/wave options on all three of the cameras for my kids rooms who are used to white noise and it goes off after about 10-15 minutes. Is my monitor faulty of is this how it’s designed? It doesn’t say anywhere in the description or manual about the duration of these sounds. I’m disappointed and annoyed.

It’s good. But it could be better.
Good price, quality cameras, easy to set up.It’s good but I dislike the dual buttons (single button that does two different things depending on if you push the left side of the button or the right). Just give each function its own button. It’s just weird and unnecessary.

Great monitor
Bought this to replace our original monitor from our first 5 years. Was excited about the price for a bigger screen and 3 cameras since we are now expecting our third. Picture and sound are great and the battery charge lasts so long! Had an accident where one of the kids ran over the monitor screen and distorted the picture. Reached out to support and got an answer within less than 12 hours. Very helpful and they are sending a replacement monitor. Would definitely recommend! Love the now WiFi connection option as well.

Great quality and battery life!
I bought the 3 camera pack and put one in each room my baby spends time. This camera is very convenient to keep an eye on my baby. The picture quality is great and so is the night vision! I like that it's almost 360 degree movable! It also shows the temperature in the room which is nice. Oh and the battery life is good too! I definitely recommend this camera.
