Have been taking this for the past couple of months and can say it has made such a difference with my brain fog issue and alertness!! I did notice though myself becoming quite sleeping around about 5pm-ish but had to train myself to push my body through it and somehow not experiencing that sleepiness anymore!! The product arrived the next day (which is great) and the packaging is very nice. I've never had these before, but I'm learning about the benefits of Lions Mane, so I thought I'd give them a try. The gummy is nice and soft and doesn't stick to your teeth, which is good.The taste takes getting used to at first, but after about a week you adjust to them.
