I bought these few months ago and am really happy with the purchase. I bought them mostly for WfH and sound quality in calls is great. But I enjoy wearing them for watching videos or listening to podcasts as well. They are very comfortable, I can wear them for hours without any discomfort. The battery life lasts forever. I never had them run out of battery and I charge them very irregularly. They are easy to connect and to configure because it's only very few buttons and works quite intuitevly.The only thing I am missing is that you can only connect one bluetooth device at a time. I have a Jabra headset at work and that can connect to several devices at once, which is great for using it for my private phone and work laptop simultaneously.

Amazing quality as Steelseries always is! Bought this for my partner who uses them a lot! Amazing design, microphone and speaker quality and great value for money.

Superb headsets, they are exactly what I wanted and needed. It lasts for 2 full days if you stream, it lasts all week if you use them couple of hours a day. Great sound for gaming and music. Very happy with them.

I like this headset for what it is but people should know the build quality for the price definitely leaves something to be desired, especially around the joints between the headband and the ear cups

Great wireless headset! Super comfortable and great sound quality. If using on a PC, be sure to download and configure the steelseries gg app - it is a MUST to get the most out of this headset!

This is the best head set I have ever bought the sound is awsome haven't used the mic sofar so cannot comment on that. Also really comfortable to wear used them for 3hrs straight hardly noticed there on my head.

It installed at least 5 different settings for audio and another 5 for the mic and more for recording all of which needed turning off in root windows settings. Everyday was a different setting and some days didn’t work at all. I had a windows engineer on the tablet and he couldn’t believe how upside down it all was. His recommendation was”send them back”. New headphones on the way and I’m dreading them not working because of the damage done to my audio settings. Comfort and quality don’t make up for the issues. If you have bought them for a present send them back before it’s to late.

To start, they are extremely light and feel well made. Also very comfortable for my above average sized head (some would call large).However, out the box mine came with an issue of a crackle/rattle sound on the right ear. This could only be heard on certain frequencies but was very bad during calls or discord. Even on a medium volume you could hear it.I started an RMA process with Steelseries, they accepted it and wanted me to destroy the headset following some instructions as they do not have a repair facility. There was no stock on their website and they couldn't tell me when they would be restocked.Id noticed online that and on this same product page someone else mentioned similar, so I decided to return via Amazon and have gone for some HS80 Max's. These are a similar price when on sale and am pleased so far.The Steelseries software on PC is also a headache in itself, and I work in IT. It's a shame because the sound quality for gaming was good (average for music).
