Earbuds look and feel very nice, sound and ANC are great. Very convenient app.Only downside - a bit quiet so you would need to turn the sound up

Stopped Working
Left bud stopped working less than a month. Tried resetting but nothing works. Seems to be a defective unit. How do I return or get a replacement.???

Left earbud stopped working after 5 months use
Bought on Nov 30, 2024, left earbud stopped working 15 days ago, after 5 months use. Sound quality was good before the issue. Hope left earbud gets repaired/replaced soon.I live in UAE-Abu Dhabi, I found ticket creation process a bit complicated for this product in my region.
