So far, this heating pad has been working really well. It heats up quickly, and the size (20"x24") is generous, covering my back or wrapping around my legs and shoulders with ease. The fabric is soft and comfortable, and I love that it offers both dry and moist heat options depending on what I need.It also has an auto shut-off feature, which gives me peace of mind if I doze off or get distracted. The controls are easy to use, and the cord is long enough to use it from my couch or bed without any hassle.I tend to burn out heating pads after several months of regular use, so I’m curious to see how this one holds up. The media could not be loaded. I recently had major back surgery. I go through intense physical therapy and this heating pad relieves so much pain afterwards. The fabric cover is SO SOFT It covers a wide area, whichni need, it's easy to clean, easy to use as you can see by the control (the 4lights to the right each indicate 30 minutes soyou know how long you have left before it safely shuts off automatically). I've already recommended this heating pad to everyone I know. I absolutely love it!!! OH and the cord is a great length unlike many other brands

Only works 25% of the time. Turn it on, doesn't get warm. Turn it off, turn it back on and it works. Try to adjust the temp, nope, doesn't get hotter. This thing sucks.

The heating pad shipped quickly and arrvied on time. The size is perfect for placing over my shoulder (front and back). It warms quickly and evenly with no issues. The power cord is long enough that I can use if from the couch to my sofa. I don't have to bother with unsafe extension cords. I would purchase this again and I do recommend this product for those needing a heating pad for their shoulders.

I like this heating pad. It's nice and smooth on my skin. It gets hot and glad for timer. Because the heat puts me to sleep. So happy it goes off by it self. The cord is long nice to have, it's good for the price.

Loved this while it worked!!!! Bought in October and it worked great. Now the control just blinks on and off and it won’t heat up. Any ideas????
