Spigen Slim Armor Case Compatible with Huawei P20 Pro - Gunmetal

You will sob as you encase your beautiful phone in thick rubber.You will grind your teeth in anger over the fact that phone manufacturers charge small fortunes for beautifully designed phones which do not stand up to everyday use.But if you want to keep your phone in anything like reasonable condition for any length of time you will have to do it.At least this case is rugged enough for when I'm working outside or stuck in my pocket, at the same time smart enough to use in company.It does protect the camera lenses from being scratched when laid down as well as the screen. It doesn't come with a screen protector film, but I think my phone came with one on already (not the film cover to keep it clean in transit). It is grippy and doesn't feel like its easy to drop. Buttons easy to press, charger fits easy. It flattens the back so doesn't wobble when laid flat - (the camera lenses stick out so the phone doesn't lay flat normally.) The little stand thing seems to work OK and is quite handy.The thick rubber does at least make it feel like it will protect the phone. If anyone tries throwing it on the floor let me know. Not sure what the air cushion corners are. They feel just the same as the rest of the rubber case. Must be internal.

Packaged almost as well as the phone itself, you get the impression this is a quality item from the moment you open the shipping box. And that impression continues as you start fitting it to your phone - the inner shock-absorbent section fits like a glove around the phone, and the hard outer shell then clips into place without any fiddling or adjustments required.Once fitted, it gives the phone a much needed bit of extra grippiness and heft - I've never been a fan of the drive to make phones thinner, and I really dislike the current fad for using glass backs on phones, and without the case the P20 Pro always felt like it was one false move away from flying out of my hand and shattering on the floor. With the case on however, holding the phone now feels completely secure, and I know that if I should still manage to end up dropping it then it stands a better chance of surviving without any damage.In addition, the extra depth added to the rear of the phone now means that it can lie perfectly flat on a desktop - those camera lenses on the back, which are such an important feature of the P20 Pro when using it to take photos,become something of an annoyance when you've put the phone down and then try tapping at the screen without first picking it up. Wobble wobble wobble... No more, and no more worries about scratching/scuffing up the lenses by having them constantly rubbing against whatever surface the phone is resting on.The kickstand also works well, keeping the phone propped up at a comfortable angle (in landscape mode) for watching videos, and has turned out to be far less of a gimmick than I'd originally thought it would be.As a bonus, the subtle two-tone colourscheme of this case is far more to my liking than some of the more garish cases out there, giving the phone a nice understated look which helps avoid drawing attention to it.All in all, a top quality accessory, made by a company which seems to take pride in what it produces. There are cheaper cases out there for this phone, but when you're looking to protect a relatively expensive piece of mobile electronics, looking to save a few quid might end up being a false economy.

I've had this case on my P20 for the whole 24 months of the phones ownership and it's a brilliant case!It's been in some pretty high drops from height, soaked in hydraulic fluid, engine oil, coolant and has never failed.The case is really sturdy and the material is pretty grippy on the hands.For some people they might find the case being too bulky, but I'd prefer that than the case not being able to handle drops.The back material does eventually wear away, which doesn't bother me as its only affecting the aesthetics of the case.Love the little stand on the case and it really does work!If you want a case that's solid, well made and know your phone is safe I'd highly recommend this case.

This product is good, it does its job and stops my phone getting damaged and makes me feel a lot more confident that I'm not going to forking out for phone repairs (especially expensive screen repairs.The case slightly bevels over the edge of the screen which is really useful as it adds sooo much more protection and stops screen cracks. The buttons on the case match up well with the buttons on the phone itself. The case also does not interfere with the standard charger you are sent with the phone when you are trying to charge it. Size wise the case fits pretty perfectly around the phone and does not come out easily (which is perfect as it doesn't come out when dropped etc). The product does not feel overly large and is not too bulky in my hand.My only critisms with this product is that the paint on the hard component of the case has started to wear off a little bit in places after 2 weeks but this is a very minor issue. I've used the phone stand a few times but as I have short nails I have really struggled to pop it out making it a bit inconvenient.

I love my Huawei Pro 20 phone and felt super nervous carrying it about in a standard case. I am super happy with this case from Spigen. It's rugged, fits the phone to perfection, and it's absolutely beautiful. In my opinion, it enhances the aesthetics of the phone rather than detracts from it.Really feel a peace of mind with my phone snugly protected in this case, and the small kickstand on the back is a winner. Offers two angles, depending on which way you use it, and it's something I've never had on a device case before but am super pleased that it's on this one.Not often I gush like a lovesick teenager on reviews but this is definitely worth every penny and I would highly recommend to anyone who's recently bought a Huawei Pro 20. Great quality item, great fit for the phone, and in my opinion, super value for money at this price.
