Excellent customer support

Had some minor issues but Viribus was quick to respond with replacement parts, highly Recommend! (Update: After two months of struggling with this trikes inability to go straight (even the slightest slope causes the trike to veer towards the low side), the electric assist has failed - first it was cutting out intermittently but would work after reseating the motor connector, now it doesn't work at all (display shows the motor failure and hardware failure icons) Afraid I can no longer recommend this trike at all.
