Amazing!!!In my opinion this is the best grass seed. I bought this to over-seed my lawn but decided to re-seed a small part of my lawn & to my surprise its just excellent.... its green, dense & looks rich. Most of all in summer it remains rich with very little watering.I intend 'stripping' my lawn next spring to re-seed with this lawn seed.

great lawn seed needs plent of water, but works and germinates well. Grass was showing within 10 days. just make sure you water every other day.Managed to get rid of large patches of clover with a rake, elbow grease then using this seed. The hardest part is stopping the birds from eating the seeds.

Put the seeds two weeks ago , until today has not germinate , I’m very disappointed , two years ago I used another seed and it had germinated in 5 days.

I bought this seed hoping it would grow even though late in the season. It is the best seed I have ever purchased - starting showing within a few days and 3 weeks later I have a beautiful lush green lawn. It is so good I purchased anther bag!
