This OBD2 splitter works exactly as I needed. It powers my steering wheel adapter and auto insurance dongle at the same time without any issues. Super handy and reliable definitely worth it if you need to run multiple devices!

Works for power delivery but not data
Not sure if I got a defective unit, but I bought this because my dash cam uses my OBD port and I also have a Progressive Snapshot device. Both get power with this splitter, but the Snapshot device does not recognize the other inputs from the vehicle and won't work properly.

Does the job, no issues thus far
I have a few OBDII readers and wanted to try out this extension cable so I could use two at the same time. This product accomplishes that task with no issues so far. If I needed to get this again, I absolutely would.

Works, but your devices may have trouble connecting
I used this splitter with an OBD-II GPS tracker and a common-as-dirt (and about a cheap) ELM 327 Bluetooth code reader. Both devices woke up, but the code scanner took some time to connect to the car and start spitting back data.Initially, I couldn't get it to connect at all, but I had plugged both devices into the splitter, then plugged the splitter into my OBD-II port. After plugging in the cable, and then connecting each device with a few moments in between, both were able to connect. The issue I had could be caused by my devices, or they could be cause by the OBD-II port not expecting multiple devices on the bus. I haven't read the spec, so I don't know if that's specifically supported, or if perhaps there's some electronics in the cable to support that. All in all, a good value, even if you might have to fiddle with your devices a bit.
