Ginkgo Biloba contains antioxidants and has a number of possible benefits. These gummies also contain Siberian ginseng extract. The gummies come in a plastic jar with a seal and a lid that is not child-proof so it is important to keep it away from young children. The gummies do stick together a little bit in the jar, but they are not particularly sticky, and they are easy to chew. They have a pleasant fruity flavour (I am not exactly sure which fruit). The gummies are sweet but according to the ingredients this comes from stevia rather than sugar. There is an ingredients list, but I am not totally convinced that it is complete as it does not mention any flavouring. As with most supplements you have to rely on what is on the label. There does not seem to be a lot of information available about this company.

It tasted just fine and caused no negative side effects which is the only reason I gave it two stars instead of one. But these gummies did absolutely nothing for me. They're also rather sweet. And way overpriced for what they are. I've tried Korean ginseng in the past (which also did nothing for me), and I was hoping the Siberian might be different. Nope. Even if ginseng does something for you, you can find it much cheaper from other sellers.

This product was actually my first time with Ginkgo and Ginseng so while I knew they were healthy things I never had the chance to try anything with them and the apparent suite of things they can help with. They were quite easy to take and the flavour is alright, which I will note seems to be the universal flavour of their gummy products. I won't make definitive claims on their effectiveness but will say I have been less stressed than usual lately and my ability to focus has been alright. I have noticed it also shares its pricing with other gummies that Fraction One makes however as it wants you to take 2 gummies per serving it would only last 2 months and would therefore likely be seen as too expensive for a lot of people.

I've added these to my daily routine and have noticed improved energy and focus. 2 months supply gives good value. Hope this review was helpful.
