Wash your hair with Hennaplus Natural Shampoo (not with a 2 in 1 shampoo). Dry your hair with a towel and comb or brush it. Put the contents (or 1/2 the contents in case of short hair) of the sachet of powder in a bowl and add boiling water, stirring continuously until a creamy paste is formed. Add vinegar (for extra shine) or lemon juice (for lightening). The paste must be as hot as possible when applied. Apply some Hennaplus Hairwonder Hair Repair Hairmask or Hair Repair Cream to the hairline to prevent staining of the skin. Use plastic gloves and divide the mixture into the hair: begin at the neck and work slowly upwards lock by lock, spreading the mixture thoroughly over the whole length of the hair. Use a comb to make easy partings and apply the warm henna paste lock by lock with the brush. First apply lock by lock, then spread the remaining mixture evenly over all your hair. See that all the hair is covered with the henna paste which should be as hot as possible. Now cover the hair with aluminium foil. If desired, wrap a warm towel around the hair to maintain the heat.
