The Grillbot arrived quickly, but was found to have NYLON brushes when the advertised product said BRASS. Amazon advised me to first contact Grillbot & the result is 5 stars. They immediately sent the correct brushes. The Grillbot works very well & managed to crunch through some heavy deposits. Time will tell about the longevity but it appears to be very robust. Can be quite noisy but you would expect that with a machine jumping around inside a closed container. Use time & elbow-grease if you want or wine & a bit of noise.

Product was very good for several uses but has now broken, I’m being offered a refund but as the item has gone up in price Amazon will not replace the item - I’m very disappointed in the service.

De momento solo lo probé y muy bien solo falta darle el uso principal que es la limpieza de la parrilla pero eso cuando haga un churrasquito

Bin sehr begeistert von diesem Roboter , wie ein kleiner Käfer, dem nach Drücken "ON" Leben eingehaucht wird. Schnell Deckel drauf und zwischenzeitlich andere Dinge erledigen. Ganz wichtig: Nur für Griller mit Deckel! Sonst springt der Käfer todesmutig vom Griller :) Die Reinigung ist vollkommen in Ordnung!

Purchased as a birthday gift for my husband. I used it twice the first time on our heavily encrusted grill. Amazing clean, brushes are still like new. I love his gift. Lol

Je pensais avoir trouvé la solution au nettoyage fastidieux de ma grille de barbecue et de celles que j'utilise pour faire cuire les différents ingrédients mais voilà, ce robot doit être exclusivement utilisé dans un barbecue rond et fermé!!!Le mien étant rectangulaire et ouvert...Sauf que ce détail ne figure pas sur la description donc je suis obligée de retourner le produit à mes frais!
